It’s hard to say that I have a rooted background in a single discipline. Having a multifaceted personality means wanting to tell a story a different way whenever I work. That’s what made me stay in experiential design for nearly a decade in my 20+ years being immersed in the creative space. Though my focus is more on the graphic design side of it, it’d be a disservice to not mention that I’m also strong in other forms of design, advertising and production.

I’ve sponsored and played with a baby elephant, Mbegu, into adulthood. Worked with the Saving the Elephant Run since its beginning. Mod /r/babyelephantgifs where it’s now at over a million subscribers. And volunteered with Veterinarians International.

Birds
It’s super easy for me to identify birds through their songs and colors. And I’ve travelled hundreds of miles just to see migrations.

Big headphones
I’m an audiophile. Don’t ask me how much I’ve spent on headphones, amps, speakers and more. I have custom-tipped earphones molded from my ears.

Techie Gear
I’m a techie. I’ve built my own computers. Got CCNA certified back in 2002. Know the jargon. And have the reputation that if I come to IT with a problem, it’s something they’re going to have to research.

Cars of all sizes
Call me a purist, but I’m more of an analog lover. I love cars, sure, but I’m a driver first. I’ll nerd out on the engines and designs/designers of my favorite machines.

I’m filled with too many useless facts about space.

Longboarding and surfing are some happy past times.

Running shoes and kettlebells
Well before the ol’ back caught up to me at the pandemic, I loved running 4 miles a day and was Dragondoor certified with kettlebells back in 2006. Yes, I have a lot I can say about how Crossfitters use it.
